Where can they select the delivery note?


This can be added at the payment section. Please see the screenshot below;


 


Why would a customer want a delivery note?


 


This is usually when they are having the order sent directly to their customer and want to add their company details to the packaging.


 


Does it cost extra to add a delivery note?


Yes it cost £1 extra to have the delivery note.


 


Can the customer add their company logo to the delivery note?


Yes the client can add their logo to the delivery note, this needs to be done at the payment section.


 


What size does the logo need to be?


175 x 175mm is the maximum size.


 


What does the delivery note look like?

What can a client put on the delivery note?



They can add any note they want, along with their VAT number, company number, company name and logo.


 


Can a delivery note be added after the order has been processed?



No, this has to be done at the payment section.


 

Does a delivery note go on every box?


No this will only be added to 1 box.

 


Is the delivery note on the inside or outside of the box?


 

The note is added to the outside of one box in a clear document wallet.
