What is aluminium composite?
Aluminium composite is a lightweight panel material which is designed for interior and exterior applications. Originally developed in Europe, nearly all Aluminium Composite sheeting is now manufactured in the Far East.
This can often be known as Dibond.
This stock is matt white coated, so the background is white not aluminium coloured or brushed silver.
What is the maximum sheet size?
1220mm x 2440mm is maximum sheet size 1170 x 1390mm largest finished size

Due to their mix of metal and plastic, aluminium composite is durable, weather and stain resistant. Fire resistant: It will take temperatures of over 650 degrees to disintegrate our aluminium composite stock, so you’re in safe hands.
How are they delivered?
Flat Pack
Signage and Display over 1000 x 1500 have to be dispatched via courier as we do not hold packaging large enough for this.
How are these cut?

Can you write on these?
Writable Pen: Yes, but smudges.
Writable Pencil: Yes, only on light coloured ink, can rub off.
Is this waterproof?
Yes
Can we fold or crease this stock?
Yes, what we can do is cut a void out where the crease needs to be and then they can be hand folded when it get’s to the customer, needs to be booked on as Cad-Cut custom and then studio will need to provide 2 layers of cutter file.
