Q: On which products can I order a custom quantity? A: You can order a custom quantity on any product as long as the quantity is higher than the minimum shown on the website. For example, since the minimum quantity for Business Cards is 50, you would not be able to order 25.

Q: How do I order a custom quantity on the website? 

A:

1. On the product page, select the "Custom Quantity" option.

2. A box will appear for you to type in your desired quantity.

3. Click "Apply." This is an important step to confirm your choice.

4. Once applied, you will see a tick mark and the button text will change to "Applied."

Q: Why does a custom quantity sometimes cost more (or not more)? A: Our pricing is based on our manufacturing process and the costs involved. We offer custom quantities for your convenience, but the unit price might not always scale proportionally, which can make it seem less cost-effective than our standard quantities.

Q: Why is there sometimes a price difference between a custom quantity and a standard quantity? A: The main reason is a process called ganging. We group similar jobs together to run them in a batch, which helps us offer very competitive pricing on our standard products. All products go through multiple steps, including printing (digital, litho, or inkjet) and various finishing processes (laminating, cutting, stitching, folding, or binding), and ganging makes these processes more efficient.
