How to Change an Order's Address

Q: How do I change the address for an order that's still in production?


A: If the order has just been placed and is still in production, you'll see an option to change the address

Here's how to do it:

  • You can change the address to the customer's billing address if needed.
  • Select "Address book" if the client has previously received deliveries from you.
  • Select "Add" if a new address is required
  • Enter the new postcode and then search.
  • Select the correct address from the search results.
  • Enter a contact name and telephone number, then save.


Q: What does the address change option look like if the order has already been dispatched?


A: If the order has already left and has been returned, the address option will appear like the below

Q: How can clients change their delivery address for an order? 

A: Clients can update their delivery address in their online account area. They can do this until this reaches the dispatch stage


Q: What are the steps for a client to update their delivery address online?

A: To change their delivery address, clients should:

  1. Go to the dashboard in their "My Account" area.
  2. Click on "Update address."
  3. This will bring up a screen showing their address book and an option to "Add new address" in the top left.
  4. They can then either add a new address or select a desired delivery address from their existing address book.
  5. Once they've made their selection, their address will be updated
