Materials Information	70gsm Uncoated Vellum White Self-Adhesive: Face: Woodfree white machine smoothed paper, with a high degree of whiteness. FSC Certified. Grammage: 70 Gr/m2 Thickness: 88 µm 78gsm Gloss White Self-Adhesive: Face: Semi-gloss white coated woodfree paper. FSC Mix Credit. Grammage: 78 Gr/m2 Thickness: 64 µm Liner: Honey supercalendered glassine paper one side siliconised. Grammage: 54 Gr/m2 Thickness: 46 µm 40gsm Gloss White Polyprop Self-Adhesive: Face: Gloss white top coated cavitated polypropylene. Grammage: 40 Gr/m2 Thickness: 57 µm Adhesive: Acrylic permanent adhesive featuring high clarity and cohesion with strong adhesion to polar and apolar substrates (like PE and PP). This adhesive complies with UNI EN ISO 10993-10:2004 (Skin sensitization and irritation test). Ideal for "no label look" effect combined with PET release liner. Tack Glass: 8 N FTM9 Min Labelling temperature: -5 °C Usage Temperature: -40/+80 °C Liner: White supercalendered glassine paper one side siliconised. There may be slight variations in tone. Printing Process	Stickers are produced using a digital toner process, where toner is applied directly to the paper and fused with heat, resulting in sharp, vibrant, and durable sticker and label prints.
Sizes	Circular (Size Relates to Diameter): 51mm Rectangle: 80 X 45mm 88 X 63mm 110 X 75mm 140 X 94mm Square: 45 X 45mm 37 X 37mm Custom sizes available: Min size: 20 X 20mm Max size: 280 X 560mm Please Note: Set-size square and rectangular stickers come with 2mm rounded corners. Custom-size square and rectangular stickers and labels can be produced with either square or rounded corners.
Finishing	Roll count and labels per roll vary by size and quantity. Fixed setup only, no custom roll counts, label quantities, lead edge, impositions, spacing, or winding direction. Supplied on 76 mm cores.
