Q: Can clients request a password reset themselves?

A: Yes, clients can easily request a password reset. On the login page, they just need to click 'Forgot your password?'. After entering the email address linked to their account, an email with a reset link will be sent to them. They'll also receive a confirmation email once the password has been successfully changed.
