Q: How does the points scheme work?
A: Every pound you spend earns you points. These points can be redeemed for tech discounts, shopping vouchers, or as credit with us. This flexibility allows you to use points to cover costs or keep client payments for yourself. Points accumulate with every purchase and are valid for 12 months from the dispatch date of your order.
Q: How does the monthly discount work?
A: Your monthly discount is determined by your total print spend from the previous month, with potential savings of up to 10% off your orders. At the beginning of each month, you'll receive a unique voucher code that's automatically generated and placed directly into your online account for easy access.
Q: What is a "Points Multiplier"?
A: Our Gold and Platinum tiers come with an added perk called a "Points Multiplier."
- Gold tier customers receive a 1.25x points multiplier.
- Platinum tier customers receive a 1.5x points multiplier.
This means you earn points even faster! For example, if a Gold tier customer spends £1,000, they'll earn 1,250 points. A Platinum tier customer spending the same amount would earn 1,500 points. It's a great way to accumulate substantial rewards over time.
Q: Can I use the discount on quotes?
A: Absolutely! If you request a quote, please be sure to tell our team what discount code you qualify for, and it will be added to the quote. If you're not sure if you qualify, don't panic! We can find it for you!

Finding your Discount Code
Order Status: "Order Placed"
Q: What does "Order Placed" status mean? A: When you place an order, it initially shows as "Order Placed" while our system waits for payment confirmation.
Q: How long does an order stay in "Order Placed" status? A: If payment isn't completed within 3 hours, the system will automatically change the status to "Cancelled." We allow this extra time to help if there are any small delays with your payment.
Q: What happens if I pay immediately? A: If you pay right away, the system processes your order instantly. You'll see the status quickly change from "Order Placed" to either "Processing" or "Complete."
Q: Why would an order remain in "Order Placed" status? A: If an order stays in "Order Placed" for a period, it means our system is still awaiting payment for that order. Remember, if no payment is made after 3 hours, it will automatically cancel.
