Split Delivery

Q: Can I exclude specific items in my basket from the split delivery?

A: No. Every item in the basket is included in the split delivery; there is no per-item opt-out. If a client wants certain items shipped normally to a single address, those items must be placed as a separate order.

Q: What is the minimum number of delivery addresses required for a split delivery?

A: A minimum of 2 delivery addresses is required to qualify as a split delivery order.

Q: Can I send partial quantities of an item to an address and hold the rest?

A: No. The full order quantity of every product in the basket must be assigned across the specified addresses.

Q: Can I combine a split delivery with a custom delivery note?

A: No. Split deliveries and custom delivery notes cannot be used on the same order. Checkout automatically enforces this restriction, and the custom delivery note option will not be displayed if you proceed through a split delivery basket.

Q: Can I save a split delivery layout for later using the Saved Basket feature?

A: No. The Saved Basket feature does not currently save split delivery address configurations.

Q: Which products are eligible for split delivery?

A: Split delivery is currently only available on flat, folded, and booklet products.

Q: Why is the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) not showing at checkout?

A: The ETA will not populate until all delivery addresses have been fully configured.

? Pricing & Shipping Fees

Q: How are shipping fees calculated for split deliveries?

A: Fees are priced per box based on the total weight being shipped to each specific address. The heavier an address's share of the shipment, the more boxes it requires.

Q: When will I see the total shipping cost and VAT?

A: The full shipping total and VAT are always displayed for review prior to payment.

? Cancellations

Q: Can clients cancel a split delivery order themselves online?

A: No. Cancellations currently have to be processed manually by our team.
