A: Yes, you can cancel your order online as long as the artwork has not been approved yet.
Q: How do I cancel my order online?
A: Simply follow these steps:
Log in and head to your account area.
Click on Recent Orders.
Select the order you want to cancel. (If you placed multiple orders on the same day, click 'View All' to filter them down).
Click Cancel & Refund located underneath the 'Upload Artwork' button.
Note: If your order contains more than one job, you will need to repeat these steps for each individual job within the order.
Q: What if I have already approved the artwork?
A: Once artwork is approved, online cancellation is no longer available. Please contact us immediately so we can check the status of your order:
