How to Accept a Quote Online

What's the first thing to check before a customer can accept a quote online?

A: The quote needs to be set as active. If it's not, check the quote notes for any reasons it might need manual processing (like a Royal Mail order). If there isn't a specific reason, you can change its status to active.

Q: What are the steps a customer takes to accept a quote online?

A: Once the quote is active, the customer needs to:

  1. Go to 'My Account' online.

4. They can then click the arrow on the right of the quote, which will give them the option to accept the quote

5. After selecting "accept," they'll be directed to the payment section where they can enter their address and payment details.

What happens if the customer has a credit account?

A: If they have a credit account, a specific pop-up will appear (as indicated in your original information).
