What is the 14 day rule for quotes?
All of our quotes are valid for 14 days.
After this point, they need to be re-quoted.
I have a previously converted quote that is out of 14 days, what shall I do with this?
If it is out of 14 days, this should go back on to a quote request for the Technical Team. Please include the previous quote number, they will then sense check the quote making sure that the price is still correct and resend.
In most cases, the price will remain the same.

This can be duplicated and converted again as the price is still valid.

This is shown on the PDF quote document they receive from us.
