What is an NCR Pad?

An NCR pad is where various sets of NCR paper are glued together to use. The sets can number from two to four pieces of NCR paper glued together within the pad. These can be ripped from the pad when ready to use and leave the rest of the NCR paper sets safely on the NCR pad for a later date.

They are great for receipts, invoices - essentially anything that you might need 2 or more copies for! *Image example below*

I have a client that wants a quote for NCR Pads, Now what?

Any Enquiries for NCR pads from a client will need to be sense-checked through the following website:- https://www.ncrpads.co.uk/ If it's available online please send over the client's email address and specification as a quote on Salesforce along with the delivery address,

The quote will need the following information before it can be quotable:

2 Part NCR Pads (Duplicate)
A4 NCR Pads (2 Part - Printed Face 1 Colour)

Black ink only?
Quantity:
Design:
Sequential Numbering?
Front Cover?
Wrap around writing shield?
Drilled hole?

Tech Team will then build a quote on SAMS and send to the client THESE WILL ALL BE MANUAL ORDERS and will require a PO raising with procurement before Direct Team Can order them. Once you have taken payment from the client, set the job as invoice only in IPOP, and raise for the PO with procurement, the client will need to email you the artwork. 

Once you have the artwork, please email direct@route1print.co.uk with the order reference number, Purchase order, artwork, and delivery address. This will then be processed by the Tech Team on the NCR Pads Website.
