UPS Deliveries

We're excited to announce upcoming improvements to our delivery options, offering even more flexibility for our customers! This is the first phase, with additional services launching over the next few days and weeks.

What new delivery services are being released?

Here's a breakdown of the new services you'll see:

Mainland UK:

• DPD Standard: No change to existing pricing for either brand.

• UPS Standard:

  • 3kg weight limit.

  • Small surcharge for R1

• UPS Pre 9 am: 15kg weight limit.

• DPD Pre 10:30: 90kg weight limit.

• DPD Pre 12:30: No weight limit.

• DPD Saturday Pre 12:30: No weight limit.

• Oversized AO+ (excluding posters): Will be delivered by UPS, with timed upgrade options (excluding Saturday).

Scotland:

• DPD Standard: Small surcharge for both brands.

• UPS Standard: Free service for R1

• DPD Pre 12:30: No weight limit.

• Oversized AO+ (excluding posters): Will be delivered by UPS, with timed upgrade options (excluding Saturday).

Highlands & Islands:

• UPS Standard: Now a chargeable service.

• Oversized AO+ (excluding posters): Will be delivered by UPS.

Northern Ireland:

• DPD: Will become a chargeable service from August 11th. We will also be rolling out UPS as an option.

Will any oversized products still ship via APC?

No, for clarity, no oversized products will be shipped via APC on any new orders.
