What is multi-set?

Multi- set is defined as when a client wants to order a job, however may want to order 2 or more of the same specification.

For example, I am designing business cards for an entire business so will want 50 sets of the same specification of card.

Sets= Designs

Quantity=How many of each design

This would be classed as Multi-Set.

What are the benefits of ordering multi-set?

The price! The more sets ordered, the more cost effective we can be in the price. This will give our client a great chance of winning the work.

What products do we offer this on?

Business Card, Posters, Flyers and Roller Banner Multi Set is already online.

We can quote for all other products on multi-set and offer a better price for 2 sets or above.

For PVC banners, and flags - this is 10 sets+.

What quantities can we offer on multi set?

We can offer any qty as long as it is the minimum we offer or more.

If a client asks for in-between qty we would need to round this up (e.g. 1267 would need rounding to 1270).

Do the designs have to be for the same business?

No, as long as the spec of the product is the same - the design is down to the clients discretion.

What if a client has multiple designs but needs a different quantity per design?

They would have to order these online as different jobs/orders, we can only offer multi-set when the quantity is the same per set.
