Fold jargon;

Roll fold – C-fold

Zig Zag fold / Fan fold – Z-fold

Map fold – Cross-fold

Single fold – Half fold

Can we offer A6 folded landscape?

Yes we can offer A6 landscape on folded products as long as its heavy weight stock. We don’t do A6 books short edge.

Bespoke folds;

We no longer offer bespoke folds.

What stocks do we crease before folding?

Any stock 250gsm or heavier will be creased before folded. Anything less won't.

What if a client just wants creased and not folded?

These are available on the website

What if a client wants a standard fold but bespoke size?

If a client wants a bespoke size but standard fold (e.g. half fold / C-fold) we can quote this without having to raise a ticket. You will need to check the size on the PCS to make sure it fits.

Frequently asked panel sizes;

DL 6pp C-Fold - 97,99,101mm

(please note - if a customer does it online it will show as 99, 99, 99mm, this is due to a lot of customers setting up like this so the fold lines will look off)

DL 6pp Z-Fold – 99, 99, 99mm

A5 6pp C-Fold - 146, 148, 150mm
