Outdoor Banners (Hem and Eyelet)

 What turnaround do we offer these on?

These are currently only offered on a 1 & 3-4 working days. 

How are these dispatched?

They are sent using DPD currently. Anything over 1.3m will go with APC

Do clients get a notification when they're dispatched, like usual?

Yes, just like any other DPD delivery. If it's being dispatched with APC, they won't get a notification but we can track this for them.

It only lets my client add 1 to his basket, but he wants 6 of the same design. What should I do?

The client would need to add 1 to his basket 6 times. To make this process smoother, the client can send the artwork manually and advise that it is the same artwork on all 6 jobs.

If your client wishes to order 10+, then we can quote for this. 

If a client has been quoted for 1, this would be the same price per banner up to 10, over 10 would then need to be requoted.

How does artwork need to be set up?

Artwork for PVC Banners is manual proof only.

They need to be supplied as below:

• Bleed: 25mm
• Safe Zone: 36mm
• 15mm allowed for the hem of the banner  

What material are they printed on?

- 440gsm Banner PVC.

- 330gsm Kavalan Greyback (PVC free)

- 300gsm Mesh PVC

Can we offer different stocks?

We can only offer what is online

What inks and printers are used?

EFI-3m Superrange Inks are used. They are LED printers, EFI VUTEK QUANTUM 3 and EFI VUTEK QUANTUM 5.

Can we do bespoke sizes?

Yes, this can be worked out internally by the technical team.

The largest size we can produce is 10m x 3m

Can a client pay for PVC banner with PayPal?
Yes a client can pay for a banner / quote for banner via PayPal.
 

What are the eyelets made of?

They are plastic eyelet - benefit is that they are recyle able so the banner can be recceled as one whole unit instead of cutting the metal eyelets out of the banner before its recycled. 

What size are eyelets?

As standard, our eyelets are 16mm

Can we provide these without eyelets or eyelets in a different place?

Only web options are available currently. 

Can we provide these with pole pockets instead of eyelets?

Not at the moment.

What inks are used?

They are outdoor grade inks which are fade resistant, however any banner if left in the sun for a long period of time will start to fade.

Can we do double sided PVC banners?

Yes, this needs to be quoted for.

 

Is our reference printed anywhere?

No

I have a complaint about a PVC banner, what should I do?

Same as any other job now they are in-house. 

Can we provide cable ties with banners?

Yes all banners are sent out with cable ties.
