What are they made from?

220mic (0.22mm thick) scratch resistant banner PVC

Fitted into an aluminium base

What size can I order?

All our roller banners are 2000mm high and come in a range of widths

800mm / 850mm / 1000mm / 1200mm / 1500mm

Can we offer bespoke sizes?

No were not able to offer bespoke sizes on roller banners.

We also offer an A3 desk roller banner

Do you do double-sided banners?

Yes but only on the 800mm x 2000mm and as a premium stand

Can the artwork be different on each side of double-sided banners?

Double-sided Banners can have different images on both sides. When a client orders this product, it will prompt for two files. If they want the same artwork on each side, they just need to upload this twice.

Do you do a premium banner stand?

In 800mm and 1000mm wide we do

Does the premium cassette help the banner be sturdy?
Yes, it's a wider and heavier base (it doesn't have feet), so is more sturdy.

The graphic itself is the exact same material.

How many poles do the banners come with?

All  our roller banners come with 1 pole with the exception of 1500mm and double sided which come with 2 poles 

Can this product be cleaned?

Any printed area will fade quicker if cleaned – we would recommend wiping the printed area with warm soapy water, ensuring nothing solvent-based touches the ink as this will speed up fading.

Does the cassette cover any of the artwork?

No, studio add an extra blank area to the artwork for inside the cassette so no artwork is lost.

How are they delivered?

In a box, in a carry case. Fully assembled with the graphic in the cassette.


What does the carry case look like?

The carry case is a standard black carry bag like the one below.


How are these dispatched?

They are boxed, if there are multiple these are then taped together.

The size of the boxes is- 10cm x 10cm x 85cm

Do we do roller banners that are adjustable in height?

No, all of our banners are designed to be one height.

Can they be used outside?

Our roller banners are designed for indoor use. They are lightweight and not weatherproof or windproof.

If the client is looking for something outside, we'd recommend our A-Frames, PVC banners or flags range.

Where are the instructions with roller banners?

These are generally inside the carry case but also can be inside the box.

Where will the quality check stamp be?

This will be on the instructions leaflet.

Do roller banners need bleed?

Yes, all of our products need bleed. For more information, please see the artwork set-up guides on site.

Do clients need to add in extra bleed at the bottom of the cassette?

No, this is added blank by the studio team.

Are they fire retardant?

Please see the attached file named 'Pyramid display materials' for information on the fire classifications of the stock. This can be sent to the client.
 

What is the difference between standard and premium?

Standard bases have flip-out feet, whereas premium is a more robust base, please see photos below;

What are the measurements of the wider roller banner cassette with the feet stuck out?

The feet stick out 250mm from each side of the cassette.

How are they cut?

These are cut on a Cauhe Guillotine

My client wants a large roller banner order larger than what is online, can we do this?

No we can not offer this.

Can we offer replacement graphics for roller banners?

No, we do not currently provide this service. Therefore we also can't offer replacement cassettes - it has to be ordered again as a full banner.

Fixing roller banners that have been pulled away from the top clip can be possible, the video showing how this is done has been uploaded to this article -  however, we should caution the client that this isn't always possible and could cause more damage to the item for which we wouldn't accept responsibility.
