If the customer cannot upload artwork via the website, offer:
• WeTransfer (preferred for large files)
Customer uploads files and shares download link
• Google Drive
Customer uploads files and provides share link (set access to “Anyone with the link”)
• Email attachment
Accept files under 20MB only

- Ensure files are clearly labelled
- Accepted formats: PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, PNG
