Materials Information

Uncoated: Uncoated paper with a naturally textured, porous surface. Provides strong ink absorption, fast drying times, and is ideal for writing or stamping applications.

Gloss: High-gloss coated stock with a reflective surface. Enhances colour vibrancy and sharpness, suitable for image-heavy applications requiring maximum visual impact.

Silk: Silk-coated paper with a smooth, low-sheen finish. Offers excellent image reproduction with high colour density and clarity. Surface is writable with a ballpoint pen.

Lamination

No Lamination: Supplied without any laminate coating; stock remains unsealed.

Matt: 27Mic BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) Matt Thermal

Gloss: 25Mic BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) Gloss Thermal

Velvet: 32Mic BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) Soft Touch Thermal Lamination Film.

Embellishment

None: No embellishment applied; standard laminated or unlaminated finish.

Spot UV: UV-cured varnish applied to selected areas of the artwork.

Foil: Hot stamped 12 Micron Polyester metallic foil.

Note: Embellishment can only be added to laminated print. Lamination can be added to stock thicker than 250gsm and cannot be added to uncoated stocks.

Binding Process

Stapled Books: Collated and folded pages are brought together and secured with staples that are custom cut for the book's thickness to ensure durability before being trimmed.

Wiro Bound Books: A spiral wire coil, between 6mm - 14mm depending on page count, is passed through a series of punched holes along the spine of the book to offer a full 360-degree page turn.

Perfect Bound Books: The pages are glued together using a hotmelt adhesive at the spine and a wrap around cover is applied before being trimmed for a clean, professional finish.

Printing Process

Drop-on-demand digital inkjet printing or offset lithographic printing for high-definition image quality with smooth shadows, gradients, and sharp text.
